Scott is a longtime resident of Deland FL and former owner of the iconic Belllinis Deli. He and his wife Teresa began a lifelong journey of caring for their son with special needs. He is the founder of the Jon Glenn Foundation.
Scott is focused full time on finding creative ways to meet the silent and otherwise unmet needs of families experiencing disability. After he retired and sold his Deland Deli, Scott went on to create a new venture he felt could contribute in one small way and help fund the goals of the Jon Glenn Foundation. As a result of the local and loyal following for so many years at his deli, Scott decided to package his famous marina sauce and the Bellinis Sauce Company was born. Now every jar of sauce sold contributes a portion of the money needed and is passed along to help families with disabled children.
